Throughout the Cold War, the Soviet Union sent spies to the United States and the West posing as journalists because it was a good cover and an easy way to scoop up information.
China is doing the same thing via its Xinhua News Agency, and truth be told, other nations who are not our friends are likely still using the same technique.
This tactic was again on display in Britain earlier this week when a ‘pretend’ journalist who is really an activist for the World Economic Forum and other globalist interests tried to shame British Prime Minister Boris Johnson into going to war against Russia following its invasion of Ukraine.
On Tuesday, Ukrainian “journalist” Daria Kaleniuk confronted Johnson crying crocodile tears and demanding that NATO enter the war in Ukraine, even though the vast majority of Western citizens are against doing so.
Here’s how the UK’s The Sun described her:
A Ukrainian journalist who escaped over the border broke down in tears today as she confronted Boris Johnson and accused him of being afraid of war.
Daria Kaleniuk upbraided the Prime Minister at a press conference in Poland, demanding he implement a no-fly zone to stop Russian jets killing civilians.
But, as The National Pulse reports, she’s hardly the journalist she’s being portrayed as by Western media. Rather, the outlet noted, Kaleniuk “is a long-time political activist recently used in the Joe Biden 2020 campaign,” adding that she also “serves as a World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Young Leader.”
The WEF, of course, was founded and is led by German economist Klaus Schwab. The WEF is, straight up, a globalist entity and has frequently called for an interventionist foreign policy among Western nations, to include the “Great Reset” — the notion of abolishing a core founding principle of individual liberty, property ownership.
“You’re coming to Poland – you’re not coming to Kyiv, Prime Minister. You’re not coming to Lviv,” whined Kaleniuk in remarks that the globalist press applauded.
“Because you are afraid. Because NATO is not willing to defend. Because NATO is afraid of World War 3 – but it has already started,” she claimed.
Ukraine is not part of NATO, though the notion of taking Ukraine on as a new member is arguably what led Russian President Vladimir Putin to annex Crimea in 2014, foment a civil war the same year, and invade just a week ago.
Would the U.S. behave any differently if Russia or China attempted to bring Mexico or Canada into an anti-American security alliance?
In any event, Kaleniuk continued to berate Johnson as he looked on.
“These are Ukrainian children who are there taking the hit. You are talking about more sanctions, but Roman Abramovich is not sanctioned. He’s in London. His children are not in the bombardments, his children are there in London. Putin’s children are in the Netherlands. In Germany. In mansions,” she said.
“Where are all these mansions seized? I don’t see that,” she added before ‘tearing up.’
“My family members, my team members, are saying we are crying, we don’t know where to run. This is what is happening, Prime Minister,” she noted further.
The National Pulse went on to report that Kaleniuk was feted as a “supporter” of Biden during an ABC News interview in 2019. Afterward, she was featured in a Biden campaign video that was posted on Jan. 21, 2020.
In addition, she was listed on the WEF website in 2019 as part of the Global Young Leaders program, which included war-supporting globalist leaders like Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas), French President Emmanuel Macron, and others. She is listed as “Director, Anti-Corruption Action Centre.”
Literally nothing that is reported by the ‘mainstream media’ can be taken at face value anymore.
